1/16 Reading Update

Quite a few finishes this week. I completed Listen for the Lie by Amy Tintera. It turned out to be a twisty book that had a lot of very unlikable characters. Homecoming by Kate Morton, again very twisty and quite a long book. The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton - a strange book all around.

Silent Nights: Christmas Mysteries by Martin Edwards (Editor). This is one of the British Library Crime Classics - reprints of older mysteries. It contains various short stories written by some of the “biggest” names in crime fiction. It was a free Kindle Unlimited choice for me.

Audio Book

The Johnstown Flood by David McCullough. A completely avoidable natural disaster.

Hardcover

The Most Wonderful Crime of the Year by Ally Carter. Nice to read holiday fiction even if the holiday has passed.
