A Toaster Sweater
At least a year ago I bought the Toaster Sweater pattern from Sew House Seven. I have wanted to try this pattern since it was purchased. I have no idea why it took me so long - I absolutely love the version I made.
The fabric is a luxe sweatshirt fleece I bought last year on clearance from Joanns Fabrics. The pattern was so easy and the directions were terrific.
I love a raglan sleeve and a mock turtleneck. I did topstiching on the sleeve insert but no where else.
Honestly from cutting out the pattern to a completed project was probably no more than 2 hours. The next one will be even faster.
I wore it out and received a few compliments and a question about where I purchased the item. Nothing makes a sewer smile wider than announcing - “oh, this, I made it!”
