End of March Wednesday WIPs

I did quite a bit of traveling during Spring Break which lead to crafting.

New Project: I needed something else to work on while I traveled. The charity socks and birthday sweater are at the too bulky stage for traveling currently. I had bought a kit from the Flagstaff Wool & Fiber Festival last May. It is for a stoll in a lovely green colorway. The kit included the yarn and pattern. It was perfect and so far I am enjoying the knit.

Charity Knitting: The Seafarer’s Stripy Socks are coming along. So close to finishing the foot and then onto the toe.

Socks: The pattern is easy to memorize and follow. I love the colorway. First of the pair is complete.

Sweater: I just keep following the 13 row pattern to get to as close to 12 inches from the underarm as possible before I run out of yarn.

Crochet: The insides of the purse are plastic canvas. They are cut to size and now I am busy slip stitching each hole.
