FO Friday - Another pair of socks

I completed my modified version of Rhinebeck Roomies (pattern by Crazy Sock Lady). The only modification was in length of cuff and of course my tiny little feet size. The pattern repeat is quite easy. I did not continue the pattern repeat throughout the sock.

I really must join the overly sensitive feet 12 step program. Never in commercial socks did I realize the level of pickiness I have achieved. When I knit my own socks I turn into something unrecognizable. I have to modify the bottom of the feet to place the knit portion on the bottom of my delicate soles. I don’t like any pattern on top of the soles of my feet.

Anywoo they turned out quite lovely. The yarn I used is from the July 2024 Yarnable subscription box. I haven’t weighed my leftovers to see if I will have enough left to make a pair of Roller socks.

I am happy with my Kitchner work. My knitting group friend reacquainted me with the technique and I can actually remember how to do it now without reference to a video.
