Spooky Season Reading

Um..no spooky reading here. I am not a big reader of scary fiction. I have no finishes this week. Being ill did not lead to a lot of reading time between all the napping and coughing.

A More Perfect Heaven: How Copernicus Revolutionized the Heavens by Dava Sobel. The first portion of the book was interesting. The part I am reading now is a play? Not sure what turn this book is taking.

Audio Book

The Lions of Tehran by Marjan Kamali. Quite an enjoyable listen, especially all the scences set in the 1950s and 1960s in Tehran.

Hardcover

Saturday Night at the Lakeside Supper Club by J. Ryan Stradal. Little to no progress has been made on this book. When I was ill the Kindle was easier to grab for and hold.

Death at the Sign of the Rook by Kate Atkinson. An old fashioned Christie like mystery. It is jumping the line because of its library due date.
