3rd FO of 2024

I am on some kind of roll with the sewing! I bought a mystery sweater knit from Mily Mae Fabrics a few weeks ago. It is a deep turquiose color which I seem unable to actual capture with a camera. I believe the piece was 2 yards. I used 1 yard to make a Snowfall Shrug for a friend's Christmas present.

It turned out super cute. I still had fabric left over and thought it would make a wonderful Ellie & Mac Chapman cardigan. I cut it out and had just scraps as leftovers.

I have rebasted the funky little portion a few times and just cannot get it to behave. I decided I can live with it as is.

A slightly side view. I believe the waviness of the front is gone for the most part. The color is a deeper blue than I am able to show.

I enjoy sewing my own shirts. The sleeve length is always right. I do not have to turn back the sleeve cuffs so I am not dragging them into everything.
