Broccoli Side Dish
I found a recipe I wanted to try for broccoli in the Instant Pot - Garlic Parmesan Whole Roasted Broccoli. My local supermarket had heads of broccoli on sale this past week so it must have been meant to happen.
The recipe was easy to follow. Steaming the broccoli in the Instant Pot left it so green and fresh looking. I put the cheese on top and popped it into the oven for just a few minutes to brown the cheese.
Everyone ate it and declared it delicious. Now I will be on the lookout for more heads of broccoli to make it again.
