Burrito Bowls

Tried a new to me Instant Pot recipe for Saturday night supper. - burrito bowl. I made it almost exactly as written - left out the black beans. My DD hates beans of all kinds.

This was the set up for make your own. It made quite a lot and was very easy using the Instant pot. This would be perfect for feeding a large group. You might also want to make it even fancier in your set up and leave out the kitchen electrical outlet. LOL

The leftovers I wrapped in some tortillas I had and made them into burritos for the freezer.
