Eggroll dinner without the roll

I got a deal on cabbage so we have not been eating cabbage for every meal but it might seem that way to my family. Luckily, we all love cabbage. This is a great, easy, and fast weeknight dinner. I have made it numerous times and it is always gets a thumbs up. It is called Easy Eggroll in a Bowl. You do need ground pork. I always get some in my meat order from the farm. I usually serve it with some pot stickers and it makes a very delicious and quick dinner. Leftovers heat up well also. Here is a picture just before serving.
