Finally Some book Finishes

I finished three books this week! The First Fifteen Lives of Henry August by Claire North. A strange book, not sure if I would read anything else by this author. I also finished These Old Shades by Georgette Heyer. This is a historical romance, but not a totally heaving bosom one. It was going great until almost the end of the book when the ending turned very predictable. Maybe the author was tired of the story? The last book is the third book I have read by Jane Harper and it was just as good as the two prior. The book is entitled, The Exiles. Like all of her books it is set in Australia.

Beyond That, the Sea by Laura Spence-Ash. I just started this book, but it seems like it will be an enjoyable read. The premise of the story is a young girl who is sent to America from London during WWII.

This Must Be The Place by Maggie O'Farrell. This is my fourth book read by the same author. She is a fantastic writer and her characters are so well developed and interesting.
