Finished Charity Knit

I finished my first charity knit of the year. I used Red Heart Super Saver yarn to make a helmet liner for the Christmas at Sea Program for the Seamen's Church Institute.

This is not the most exciting knit, but to the mariner who receives it a blessing it will surely be. I also would not normally make a hat in this very unattractive shade of brown. It will hide the dirt well. The yarn wears like iron and needs no special care.

I still have quite a bit of this stunning color left over. I will be rewinding the skein and weighing the remainder to see if it wants to be a scarf or a hat.
