FO- Knitmas in July 2024 Shawl

Well I just finished and no we haven't entered a time machine and gone back to July. Maybe a knitter could finish this shawl all in one month if they were only knitting this one item, but that is not me.

I did love the line by line guide included in the pattern. It was great for keep track of my rows. Sometimes though it was disheartening to realize you are on page 3 and there are 10 pages in the line by line guide.

The yarn is from The Wooly Owl, she has an Etsy shop. A friend gifted me her Daffodils sock minis, After beginning the shawl I realized I needed more yarn so a quick order was placed at her Etsy shop. I have very little yarn left over, probably only about 20 grams in various colors. I have already used one of the "leftovers" to finish a sock where I ran out of yarn before I ran out of sock.

I am very happy with the shawl and learned 2 new stitches. The Icord binding was also a first in knitting for me.
