Knitting a Hat

I knew i would find a use for the bag I sewed up a few weeks ago. It is now holding my latest charity knitting project - a watch hat in the round. I am trying to use up the rest of the blue yarn I used on the helmet.

The bag holds everything quite nicely. It will make this a more portable project. Plain hats in the round and socks are always great portable knitting projects. Thank goodness I was able to get a better picture of the yarn when making the helmet. This picture seems out of focus (or maybe I have just spent too long in the kitchen today) and the yarn seems purple tinged.

The other project for today has been freezer cooking. The posts will be filled with lots of freezer cooking goodness over the next few weeks.
