Finally I got some finishes. I had marked The Distant hours by Kate Morton as a kindle read, but it was actually an old fashioned hard cover book. I don't highly recommend it. The mystery was not that much of a mystery and the ending seemed rushed. I also finished listening to The Starless Sea by Erin Morganstern. I really enjoyed this book, but I was having my doubts about 80% of the way through the listen. The book started to turn in a direction and I thought oops we might be going off the rails here at the end, but it righted itself. I also did sneak in a very quick kindle read, Evidence of the Affair by Taylor Jenkins Reid. This is actually a short story. I finished it because it was so short, but not really my cup of tea.
Hardcover Book
Becoming Duchess Goldblatt: A Memoir by Anonymous. I borrowed this book earlier and just could not begin the story. Others I follow about reading kept raving about it so I thought I would give it another try. It is really a short book about a woman reeling from a divorce and getting her life back together.
Car Audio
The Plague of Doves by Louise Erdrich. She is such a talented writer. I have just started listening but am already hooked on the story.
