Needlework Surprise

I decided to use one of the "failed" knitting project bags to hold my cross stitch project. Maybe I avoided the project because it was such a chore to dig it out of the small box where it was kept.

I was lucky enough to receive a set of Q-snaps for a present and I decided to finally put them to use.

The piece is now placed into the Q-snap ready for work. I did have to youtube how to actually use one of these great inventions. I think it will hold the work tighter than in a small hoop.

Now I just need to thread the needle and get started.
