New Lemonade Try

I still have a few packages of frozen lemon juice in the freezer. I found some dragon fruit at Costco the other week.

We enjoy various drinks purchased from coffee houses that contain dragon fruit so thought I would try to make some dragon fruit lemonade. I looked at a few recipes but it just seems like you add it as you do any other fruit to real lemonade. I cut the fruit into chunks and placed them in the food processor.

It is a strange fruit for sure. I whirled them around in the processor and then added to a batch of lemonade I had just made.

I have to say none of use were too impressed with the flavor or consistency. I think we will just stick to plain old lemonade. Sometimes you try things and they work and other times....
