Prepping for Thanksgiving Already!

In my defense whenever I see these at Costco I have to strike. They sell out fast.

Trust me it is way easier to buy them already shelled and roasted. Don't ask me how I know LOL. These are the major ingredient in the stuffing for Thanksgiving. Thanks to my MIL and her recipe this is a family favorite at my house. I think my DH and DD would be happy with just chestnut stuffing for Thanksgiving - forget all the other sides. At least one item can be crossed off the need to buy list for our meal.
