Reading

I finished the kindle books, The Golden Age: A Novel by Joan London and The Awakening of Miss Primm by Natalia Sanmartin Fenollera. I had finished the Golden Age and thought while I had to kindle open I might as well finish the other kindle book I had. I also finished the audio book The Cartographers by Peng Shepard. I would not read again. It seemed like a very long book even when listening. It could have used a good editor.

Hardcover Book

Auntie Poldi and the Lost Madonna by Mario Giordano. A pure fun book to read. The books are written in German and translated into English. This is the fourth in the series I have read and loved them all. They are pure escapism reading.

Car Audio

Pandora's Jar: Women in the Greek Myths by Natalia Haynes. A rethinking of the role of women in Greek mythology. The author reads this audio book which makes it even better. She is a greek/classical scholar and makes the stories come alive.
