September Reads

I gave up on the Fannie Flagg book. It was due back at the library and I just felt like I had read so many similar books that I did not want to finish it. finished Local Woman Missing by Mary Kubica. My concerns about the book were justified. I finished it but would not recommend it. I also finished Time After Time by Lisa Grunwald. It was an okay read. Not the best and not the worst, just somewhere in the middle.

Kindle Ebook

Belgravia by Julian Fellowes. The author is the writer/creator if Downton Abby. This is a very predictable, formula-like book. I will probably finish it, but not recommended.

Car Audio

The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman. I enjoy this book so much. I have already requested the next in the series. Great character development and wonderful writing.

Hardcover Book

Murder by the Bookend by Laura Gail Black. I read the first book in the series last year. It was a cozy mystery and I thought I might try another in the series.
