It is Fair Time Again

Last night I dropped off my 2025 Fair Entries. Our county fair is actually not held in the city where I live. It is held in a much smaller town about a hour away. I live in the largest county in the state of Nevada (the county is just a shade over 8,000 square miles or roughly the size of New Jersey). Luckily they have drop off points throughout the county. I used the system last year. I drop off my registered entries at a local library and the county transports them to and from the Fair for me.

This year for my sewing entry I am entering the blue jean purse I made earlier this year. For canned goods I have entered 3 different jams and also my pickled slaw.

The Fair actually begins on Wednesday, April 9th and runs for 5 days. I plan on attending on next Saturday to see how my items were received.
