Another Easter treat

I had one more Easter treat I wanted to make during the week - coconut macaroons. I had all the ingredients on hand so decided to try the new to me recipe.

They turned out super cute. They were chewy and not too sweet. The perfect ending to an Easter meal or with a cup of tea.

The recipe referred to them as bird nests so I did add the mini eggs. Both me and my DH enjoyed them. My DD took a bite and decided they were not for her. She is not a big coconut fan.
