Bat Hotel

For quite a few years about this time every year we have a bat that visits us. Okay, not sure if it is the same bat year after year. We must be listed as a great place to stay amongst bats. They love to roost for a day or two in the upper alcove we have over our front entryway. Only one bat a time visits. They sleep during the day and fly off at some point in the night.

This is our most recent visitor. We love providing a safe haven for our bat friends.
