Canadian Dinner Plans

I am not Canadian, but have spent some time up North. One of the greatest foods they have there besides peameal bacon is poutine. A few months ago a new recipe skated across my pinterest feed, Tater Tot Poutine. Really how could you not try it!

I had all the ingredients on hand. I used my homemade canned beef stock to make the gravy. It was gobbled up and a request to place it in the rotation was placed.
