Dinner - Side Dish

An easy and delicious side dish is roasted green beans with lemon and walnuts. I use the lemon zest I have earlier prepared and dried. I always keep a bag of diced walnuts in my freezer. Having those two items on hand makes preparing this meal very easy. I also always have a jar of chopped garlic in my fridge. You just have to remember to pick up fresh green beans. It cooks quickly while you are preparing your main course. There is never any leftovers when I make this dish so my family must approve.
