Easy Christmas Treat

I have the quickest, easiest treat to make for Christmas cookie exchange. It is Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Truffles. It only takes 3 ingredients and some time. The first item to purchase is a box of Little Debbie Christmas Cakes. (sorry I believe these are only available in the US).

I unwrapped all the cakes and put them in my mixer. Mix until they are all in pieces.

Just add the frosting. I put them in the freezer for about an hour.

They look great on a cookie tray and are very rich. I've taken them to a few functions and they are always devoured.
