Freezer Egg Rolls

I made some freezer egg rolls about a month ago and wouldn't you know they are already all gone. The last time I was at the grocery I bought the supplies to make another batch.

I pretty much used the original recipe. When I make them again I think I will buy 2 bags of cabbage. The egg rolls seem more meat heavy than cabbage. I am sure no one will complain.

Waiting for the mixture to cool

I ended up with 15 egg rolls to freeze. After I made them I placed them on the cookie tray and flash froze. After about 4 hours I took them out and packed them into freezer vacuum bags. I made 3 bags that should get me 3 meals.
