Giant Sheet Pan Taco

Pinterest often has my number where recipes are concerned. A recipe for a sheet pan taco popped up the other day. I believe it is supposed to be a copycat of some fast food "delight" but I am not sure.

The important thing is I had all the ingredients, it was easy to prepare, and looked like something my family would eat. When I browned the ground beef I added my own homemade taco seasoning. The website gave excellent directions and included lots of photos.

Here is just before I cover up all the tortillas.

I continue with my instagram worthy photos of well loved cooking utensils. I followed the directions to add weight to the top to keep the tortillas folded over. You will have to trust me that it turned out stunning and delicious. I had a hungry family to feed and no photos were taken before it was devoured. A great side of sour cream and avocado was also part of the meal plan.
