Instant Pot Dinner - Super Easy

Sometimes you just need an easy simple dinner for a weeknight win on the feeding the family front. If you have an instant pot this recipe is a winner. Spaghetti and meatballs. I follow this recipe (as much as I really ever follow any recipe). I use meatballs I have previously made and frozen. Store bought frozen meatballs are never a favorite. If I am stopping in Whole Foods I sometimes will buy a bag just to have on hand but really much prefer making and freezing my own. I like knowing what is in the meatballs I consume.

This really is one of those dump and it forget recipes. I served ours with green salad and bacon & feta roasted brussel sprouts.
