Leftover Candy Corn?

Do you have leftover candy corn from Halloween. I know this candy is like Peeps, people have very strong feelings about it. I happen to like candy corn, but even I find it a bit much after a few pieces. I use the leftovers to make candy, homemade butterfingers to be exact.

These are very easy and taste very much like butterfingers. It takes about a bag of candy corn, some peanut butter, time and dipping chocolate.

After the candy corn is all melted add in the peanut butter. I then press it into an 8x8 pan to put in the fridge.

This is after it has set up, next up is the cutting.

Just like the real candy it tends to be rich so I try to cut it into smaller pieces.

After a chocolate bath these are packaged for giving.
