Mid July Yarn Update

I had some online trainings I had to attend this meant I got some extra knitting time:)

Charity Knit - The Seafarer's Vest just keeps going round and round.

Socks: I did cast on the Stephen West SSAL 2024, but I am not too sure if I will actually make the second sock. I ADORE the yarn I selected and think it might be better used in something I will actually wear. There are just too many techniques in this sock pattern.

This is the majority of Clue #1. Yes, it is knit flat then I have to Icord bind the two sides together. The final straw was when I read the heel idea in Clue #2 - a brioche heel. I just gave up. I want to learn brioche but not when working a heel. The socks are visually stunning with about 20 different techniques by the end, but just too much.

Crochet: Frogged what I had last week and began again. It is going along so well and quickly.

Anthology Throw: This just continues to be a relaxing knit. I have not been super excited about the dark colors I am in the middle of using, but I am sure it will brighten again soon. I have completed Day 7 of 24 mini skeins so it is moving along.

Knitmas in July: Another enjoyable knit - this should be a nice smaller shawl.

Jeffrey Cardigan: I have been adding stitches to the sleeve and I think it might fit better now.
