Mittens

At Christmas I was gifted some lovely alpaca worsted weight yarn. I decided to try my hand at mitten making. Chit Chat Knits had the pattern Gandy Dancer Mittens on Ravelry.

I am knitting them in the round and have already finished the first mitt.

This is unblocked and unsoaked. I have cast on the next mitt and it should go quickly. These are destined to be gifted. I rarely need mittens where I live. If I do I find if I need something on my hands in the winter fingerless mitts work very well.
