New Kitchen Tool

I have wanted a meat chopper for quite a while and Santa delivered one to me this year. It is the best tool for "cutting up" ground meats while cooking. Our ground meats come in 1 pound cubes and they can be difficult to get into tiny pieces to evenly cook. Now that is a problem of the past with my new kitchen tool.

Here is it in action (it is the black object at the top of the photo). I was trying to cook ground pork for Hula Joes. My new favorite kitchen tool made short work of the breaking up of the meat so it evenly cooked with no large pieces. It also cleans up like a dream.
