Cookie of the Month

Santa Claus left some packets of Hershey Kisses in stockings for good little boys and girls.

I decided to use them to make a family favorite Peanut Butter Blossoms. I use the recipe from the Betty Crocker site and it has never gone wrong. They are a quick cookie to make and keep well. I have never tried freezing either the dough or completed cookie so I can offer no guidance on those issues. Frankly we never have them around long enough to even think about freezing them.

They are quite nice with a cup of tea (or coffee). You must like peanut butter or these will not be a family favorite.
