Peach Jam

The peach madness continues. I used another container of peaches to make a batch of peach jam. The recipe and directions on the box of pectin (Sure-Jell) always work. This brand always sets up and makes jam making a pleasure.

These turned out very pretty in their jars. It will be a delightful taste of summer when they are opened this winter.
