Pizza Pasta

I am always on the hunt for new, easy recipes. My pinterest feed usually delivers at least one a week. This recipe for Pizza Pasta is originally written for the Instant Pot. I actually made it on the stove top and it turned out delicious. We all went back for seconds! I did cook my pasta in water and then added it already cooked. Normally I use whatever pasta I have on hand - this time it was small shells.

I have cooked lots of pasta in the instant Pot and it turns out fine. I just felt like a stovetop meal on the night this was on the menu. It is nice to know it will work either way.

It also heats up nicely for lunch the next day. I serve it with garlic bread and a nice green salad.
