Porcupine Meatballs

No picture of dinner tonight (my family just ate too quickly). A family favorite is Porcupine Meatballs. This is considered an old-fashioned dish I imagine, but is quite filling and really not too expensive to make.

I actually have 2 favorite recipes. The one that graced the table tonight was with red sauce and done in the Instant Pot. The other version uses a white sauce and is baked in the oven. It is a great fall and winter recipe because the heat from the oven will help heat the kitchen and your house.

Both recipes contain what I consider basic ingredients, meaning I do not have to hunt around the store to find a missing ingredient. Great side dishes include steamed vegetables and maybe even a little potato.
