Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich

A new recipe popped across my pinterest feed the other day, a copycat of Arby's beef and cheddar sandwich. It looked quite good and the recipe seemed easy enough.

I semi thawed a package of round steak. It makes it easier to thinly slice if the meat is semi-frozen. After I cut it into thin slices I placed it in the fridge to finish thawing.

I then placed it in my instant pot and followed the directions. Once it was done I plated it with rolls and cheese sauce. I did not make the cheese sauce included in the original recipe. I cheated and just bought a jar of cheese sauce.

It was quite good and will go into the rotation. The meat also heated up well the next day for lunch.
