Sock Madness

We have almost completed socks! I at least have knit a pair of striped socks. Now to add the afterthought heel. Now I just have to actually knit the heel!

I am happy with the stripe placement. But of course the socks don't match. The stripe matching was going great until the break for the heel. I guess both skeins were not wound in exactly the same order.

I really don't plan on wearing these without the majority of the sock being covered by a pant leg so it should work out fine. Mostly because I am not 9 years old and don't wear socks and socks in short pants.

Of course, now I am dreaming of what to cast on next. This is how WIPs occur.
