Start with Dessert

I was lucky enough to find some very early peaches at Costco. They were taste testing them and they actually tasted like peaches. Whenever I am able to find good peaches I made a peach-toffee crisp.

We love this version of a peach crisp. I even had a little bit of vanilla ice cream in the freezer which was a great touch.

I remembered to snap a pic after I had just put it in the oven. It was hard to get another picture after it was done because it was attacked by hungry family members.
