Sweatshirt sewing

I have bought at least a pattern or two for hoodies and sweatshirts. I found some clearance sweatshirt fleece at Joanns.

I need to locate some stretchy fabric for the neckband, cuffs and bottom ribbing. I will look in the collection for some black. Orange is too hard a shade to match. The sweatshirt fabric is cute but it is not very stretchy. I thought I did well on the kangaroo pocket. This version is just to check fit, sewing knowledge. I do have more of this cute fabric and another pattern for a sweatshirt dress. I think I will have enough left to get the dress made. Just in time to be all ready for next Halloween.
