What's For Dinner - Buttermilk French Toast

Well maybe not what you might make for dinner but still delicious. It will work if you are having breakfast for dinner. Actually I stopped by Costco and picked up some buttermilk. I already had a loaf of texas toast at home.

I was thinking if we had any leftovers I could freeze them for later...nope they are all gone. I served them with fresh blueberries and real maple syrup from Vermont.
