A Rose By Any other Name

I wanted to try a new recipe for Keto Cauliflower Mac n Cheese. We do not follow a keto diet. We do like cauliflower (mostly raw) and I thought I would branch out. This is not mac n cheese - it is cauliflower in cheese sauce. A good cheese sauce, but if you are looking for the mac n cheese thing this is not for you.

We ate it with the rest of our dinner but it is not a keeper recipe for me. I believe we will continue to eat our cauliflower raw dipped in ranch dip.
