A sewing Challenge

The pattern company Peekaboo patterns has released their 2024 sewing challenge. It is a challenge for yourself to sew an item each week. The download is free.

I thought it would be fun to try. I am thinking there might be weeks where I have to "double up" at a later date.

Well if I am going to try to sew an item every week I thought some batch cutting of patterns might be in order. I was also cleaning up my sewing studio and need to cut out some of the thicker fabrics I have in my collection. They take up too much room! It never gets super cold where I live but it is still nice to have a few warmer dress items for work.

I cut out a Love Notions Sloan Sweater, Ellie & Mac Chapman Cardigan, Ellie & Mac Going Home Raglan Sweater, Rivet Allegro Cross Body Bag and a Patterns for Pirates Lumberjack. Those should keep me busy sewing for a little bit.
