Breakfast for Dinner & Freezer Club

The other night I prepared Breakfast for dinner. My family loves this meal! I stopped in at a different Costco this weekend. They have buttermilk and Texas toast bread. I used them to make a big batch if buttermilk French toast. We ate quite a bit of them for the meal. The remainder is going to be placed in the freezer for quick breakfast meals.

We ate more than French toast for the meal:)

This weekend I meet up with a few women from work to make a freezer meal. They had expressed interest in learning how to freezer cook after hearing me go on and on about how easy and convenient it makes dinnertime. We all made at least one bag of a family favorite Chicken Pesto Parmesan.

The other ladies all got fancy labels I printed but I just used the good old Sharpie to mark mine. We have already planned another freezer cooking day for next month.
