Friday Fiber

I was lucky enough to visit the Flagstaff Wool and Fiber Festival and it was wonderful to see and touch new yarns and learn about regional dyers and yarn related businesses.

One of the new vendors was Ness Boutique, a small business based in Montana. They make jewelry from old knitting needles. This is an ingenious idea and I loved all of the designs. They had bracelets, earrings and shawl pins. I settled on a shawl pin. The purchase also included a sweet project bag.

She also had a small curated collection of hand dyed yarn. I selected a skein of DK weight 75% superwash merino/25% nylon wool that glows in the dark. It has excellent squish goodness. She had a sample knit up and it was gorgeous. The yarn went into the project bag also:)
