German Potato Salad

If I have potatoes around and need a salad for dinner a family favorite is German potato salad. There are lots of variations of this salad on the internet. It can be served cold but we tend to like it best when warm. If you don't like vinegar this is not a recipe for you. I usually put bacon pieces in the salad.

It pairs well with any pork dish, but really is just a great side.
