Holiday Shirt
When I was making the earrings last week I also made a shirt. I have to maintain my supply of cute holiday shirts, after all I teach little people.
I was all set to wear this with my St Patrick's day skirt I sewed a few years ago. A simple A-line skirt that gets worn once maybe twice a year due to the holiday themed fabric. Even I won't wear a St. Patrick's Day skirt in the summer.
But then they decided to change the school picture day this year. They took our school class pictures on March 17th. Who schedules a school wide picture day on a major holiday in the US? Okay, maybe St. Patrick's Day is not a major holiday but still everyone knows you have to wear green on that day or get pinched.
As much as I love me a holiday dress up day it is not really how I want to be memorialized in the school yearbook. I had to wear my outfit the day before. I wasn't too worried about being pinched. My students know better than to start with pinching their teacher.

The dice just about did me on the SVG. They are missing a few dots but they just would not come off the carrier sheet onto the shirt no matter how many times I pressed them with the easy press. If anyone is looking that closely at the shirt to count the dots on the dice they better be pinching me to be so close!
