Lemonade

I bought a case of lemons. This meant I was squeezing lots of lemons. I was able to get 18 cups of lemon juice from the case. I put 12 bags of lemonade mixture in the freezer for this summer. Honestly we just love fresh squeezed lemonade. I cannot remember if I have ever given my recipe for lemonade concentrate. Just flash by if I have. You need 1 1/2 cups of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 5 cups of water and sugar syrup. To make the sugar syrup mix 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Heat until the sugar dissolves. Mix all of it together in a pitcher and serve over ice. Only problem you will have is you will never enjoy commercial lemonade again!
