Socks almost FO

I have one of the afterthought heels completed. I just have about 30 minutes more to finish the second sock. It certainly is strange to have open stitches on a knitting project. Thank goodness for the safety line of floss holding the stitches open. I think this pair might actually fit! I am happy with the stripes on this pair. Probably the best stripe placement I have ever had. Now I can begin dreaming about my next knitting project.
