Mini Pizzas
For New Years Eve dinner I cooked some delicious t-bone steaks. We had leftovers. I used them in 2 meals. The first meal was a delicious steak chili I made by cutting up the cooked steak into smaller pieces, adding a can of tomato sauce, a can of diced tomatoes and some salsa to a pot and simmering it for about 15-20 minutes. I served it with sour cream and shredded cheese.
I used the remainder of the steak to make mini pizzas. I meant to freeze some but we ended up eating all the ones I had made before they could get into the freezer.
The mini pizzas made a delicious lunch for us one day. The base is simply an english muffin with a little pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
